Precision Aircraft Management, based at Denver Centennial Airport, has significantly bolstered its Part 135-certified fleet with the addition of two new aircraft types in November 2024. According to ch-aviation research, the expansion includes a Falcon 900EX and two Citation Sovereigns, enhancing the company’s charter service offerings.

The Dassault Aviation Falcon 900EX, registered as N900EU (msn 15), marked its activity under the ‘PRE’ code on September 23, operating flights between Denver Rocky Mountain and Dallas Love Field. This 27.8-year-old jet was previously under the Part 135 certificate of Greeley Air Charter, which merged into Wheels Up in 2021. Until March 2024, it was the last Dassault-produced jet operated for Wheels Up under any of its certificates.

Alongside the Falcon 900EX, Precision Aircraft Management introduced two Citation Sovereign jets into its fleet. The aircraft, registered as N68EU (msn 680-0208) and N881EU (msn 680-0223), started operations under Precision’s code in September as well. N68EU was involved in a round trip from Denver Rocky Mountain to Houston Conroe North Regional on September 19, while N881EU flew from Houston Conroe North Regional to Cincinnati International on September 23. Both jets, averaging 16 years of age, were also previously operated under Greeley Air Charter’s certificate and were the last Citation Sovereign jets flown by Wheels Up.

Before joining Precision Aircraft Management, these three jets were transferred to Colorado-based petroleum firm Ovintiv. However, they were not operated under a Part 135 certificate during their time with Ovintiv and were later moved to Precision Aircraft Management’s certificate.

With the addition of these aircraft, Precision Aircraft Management’s charter fleet now includes 14 jets. This diverse fleet consists of a Citation Jet 3, two Citation XLSs, two Gulfstream Aerospace G200s, a Hawker 850XP, two Learjet 45XRs, four King Air B200s, and two King Air C90s. This expansion reflects Precision Aircraft Management’s commitment to growing its service capabilities and enhancing its offerings in the competitive charter market, aiming to meet the increasing demands for private aviation services.
