Premier Air Charter Adds GIV with Paradigm Partnership

Premier Air Charter, a San Diego McClellan-Palomar-based private aviation company, has officially enhanced its U.S. charter offerings by adding a Gulfstream GIV, registered as N236CA (msn 1202), through a new management partnership with Paradigm Jet Management. This strategic move, announced in late 2024, underscores Premier Air Charter’s commitment to diversifying and strengthening its high-end aircraft portfolio for discerning travelers seeking exceptional service and flexibility.
The newly added GIV had previously been certified and operated by Paradigm Jet Management, a well-regarded operator in the business aviation industry with a strong reputation for safety, reliability, and top-tier maintenance standards. After a temporary six-month hiatus from active charter operations beginning in March 2024, the GIV resumed flight services under the new agreement as of November 25. This transition ensures that Premier Air Charter’s clientele will benefit from Paradigm’s wealth of expertise, with both companies working closely to deliver seamless travel experiences.
In addition to the GIV, Premier Air Charter also maintains a Gulfstream GIV-SP, registered as N450EJ (msn 1273). Like the newly added GIV, this GIV-SP was previously removed from the certification list in March 2024 and then re-added as a certified Part 135 aircraft in September. Although it has been parked at Chino Airport since May 2024, the jet remains a valuable part of Premier Air Charter’s long-term fleet strategy. By keeping its Gulfstream assets updated and properly certified, the company ensures readiness to reintroduce these aircraft as market demand and operational considerations evolve.
Premier Air Charter’s existing Part 135-certified fleet includes seven aircraft that cater to a range of travel requirements. Along with the GIV and GIV-SP, the operator’s portfolio features two Challenger 601-3Rs, a Citation Jet 1, a Citation Jet 2, and three Citation X aircraft. Each type plays a distinct role in meeting diverse client preferences, from shorter regional hops to transcontinental or even international journeys. This variety helps ensure that passengers receive tailored solutions designed for their specific travel needs, whether it’s a quick business trip, a family vacation, or a special event.
On the other side of the new partnership, Paradigm Jet Management brings significant resources and operational proficiency to the table. Its fleet of 25 certified aircraft spans a wide array of business jets, including a Beechjet 400XT, multiple Challengers, Citation models, Dassault Falcons, Gulfstreams, Hawkers, Learjets, and King Air turboprops. Paradigm’s robust lineup is matched by its stringent safety measures, top-tier pilot training, and meticulous maintenance standards, ensuring smooth and hassle-free travel experiences.
The synergy between Premier Air Charter and Paradigm Jet Management represents a forward-looking approach to private aviation services. By leveraging each company’s strengths—Premier Air Charter’s client-focused approach and Paradigm’s broad operational expertise—the partnership delivers enhanced access to an array of aircraft options and a more comprehensive travel experience. As the industry continues to evolve, collaborations like this one signal a renewed emphasis on flexibility, customization, and safety, providing premium solutions that meet the growing demands of today’s elite travelers.
