Princess Cruises is offering three roundtrip itineraries and a new National Parks cruisetour for its 2025 Alaska cruising season, available for booking on August 3, 2023.

New for the cruise line is a new 22-day roundtrip departure from San Francisco to Alaska. The Ruby Princess will take travelers along the northern Pacific coastline and into Alaska during the Summer Solstice.

One 17-day cruise leaves roundtrip from Seattle on the Grand Princess and offers an extended three days of glacier viewing in Alaska, while those wanting a greater tour of the Pacific coastline can enjoy a 16-day Inside Passage itinerary that starts and ends in Los Angeles, sailing on the Grand Princess.

Travelers wanting to explore the bounty of Alaska’s natural beauty will have a new way to do so with Princess Cruises’ 2025 15-night National Parks Cruisetour, which combines a 7-day Voyage of the Glaciers cruise with rail travel and stays at four Princess-owned wilderness lodges.

The cruisetour itinerary takes travelers to some of the best of Alaska’s wilderness offerings, including Glacier Bay National Park, Denali National Park, Wrangell-St.Elias National Park, Kenai Fjords National Park and Klondike Gold Rush National Historical Park.

“As the market leader in Alaska, we’re excited to offer guests even more exciting ways to see the natural beauty of Alaska with itineraries in 2025 that serve up new adventures and extended journeys that first-time guests and repeat visitors are going to find intriguing,” said Princess Cruises’ president, John Padgett. “We’re also making it easier for guests to access an Alaska cruise by bringing back a roundtrip option out of Los Angeles, which also makes it more affordable for millions within that drive market.”

The cruise line is offering itineraries in Alaska onboard seven different ships, including the Caribbean Princess, which is sailing in Alaska for the first time in 2025. The entire Alaska cruise and cruisetour season is available to view on the cruise line’s website and will become available to book on August 3, 2023.
