Princess Cruises Adds 13 New Mexican Riviera Excursions

Princess Cruises is celebrating 60 years of sailing the Mexican Riviera by unveiling 13 new shore excursions across Cabo San Lucas, La Paz, Manzanillo, Mazatlán and Puerto Vallarta for the 2025–2026 season. The new experiences focus on food, nature, adventure, culture and history, offering guests deeper connections with Mexico’s vibrant destinations.
“Mexico remains one of our most beloved destinations, and these excursions invite guests to savor authentic cuisine, explore breathtaking landscapes and immerse themselves in local traditions,” said Alfredo Jimenez, Vice President of Onboard Revenue.
Highlights include the Todos Santos Wine Experience in Cabo San Lucas, a guided vineyard tour with tastings and a stroll through the town’s historic center, and the Transparent Boat Adventure, where guests explore Land’s End marine life through a glass-bottom boat. In La Paz, travelers can enjoy a secluded day at El Caimancito Beach or snorkel alongside guides during the Baja Ocean Wonders & Scalloping Experience.
In Manzanillo, options range from visiting a tropical fruit plantation and Barra de Navidad to learning about conservation at Mexico’s largest turtle sanctuary. Mazatlán excursions include a day at Shekinah Beach Club, a Heritage Taco Fiesta with folkloric music, and horseback riding at Cerritos Beach. In Puerto Vallarta, guests can tour a family-run cacao and coffee plantation or craft their own piñatas during a countryside workshop.
Princess Cruises will offer 31 departures to the Mexican Riviera between 2025 and 2026 aboard Emerald Princess, Royal Princess and Ruby Princess, with itineraries ranging from seven to 14 days. Early-booking promotions include savings of up to 20% on select tours booked by September 16, 2025.
