Princess Cruises has taken its culinary offerings to new heights by partnering with the legendary Frescobaldi family, renowned winemakers from Tuscany, to create an inspired dining experience that celebrates the rich flavors of Italy. The collaboration centers on a newly designed menu for Sabatini’s Italian Trattoria, the cruise line’s signature specialty restaurant, and is aptly called “Inspired by Frescobaldi.” Drawing on the traditions of the Frescobaldi family’s acclaimed restaurant in Florence, the menu introduces a range of dishes that perfectly capture the essence of Tuscan cuisine while pairing seamlessly with the family’s exceptional wines.
This new culinary initiative is built on a deep passion for authentic Italian gastronomy and the art of wine making. Lamberto Frescobaldi, president of Marchesi Frescobaldi, explained that each dish is crafted with the same care and passion as the wines they are paired with.
