Princess Cruises Updates Premier, Plus Packages for 2026

Princess Cruises is rolling out updates to its popular Premier and Plus packages for sailings beginning in 2026. The revamped offerings, which go on sale starting July 22, include higher prices but also add new perks aimed at delivering more value and flexibility for guests.
The Princess Premier package will now cost $100 per person per day when booked pre-cruise—up from $90—on most ships. For guests sailing aboard the new Sun Princess and Star Princess, the rate will be $105. Enhancements include a new shore excursion credit based on voyage length: $100 for 6–9 days, $200 for 10–20 days, and $300 for cruises lasting 21 days or more. Guests will also continue to receive unlimited Premier beverage service, specialty and casual dining, Wi-Fi for four devices, waived delivery fees for OceanNow and room service, unlimited digital photos, reserved theater seating, and daily crew appreciation.
The Princess Plus package now costs $65 per person per day when booked in advance ($70 on Sun Princess and Star Princess), up from $60. It includes the Plus beverage package, Wi-Fi for one device, daily crew appreciation, and waived OceanNow and room service fees. Guests will also get four casual dining meals per voyage—up from two.
Some features are being removed from both packages, including premium desserts, juice bar access, Medallion shipping, fitness classes, and Princess Prizes.
“These updates reflect guest feedback and focus on added flexibility, elevated dining, and more shore excursion opportunities,” said Alfredo Jimenez, VP of onboard revenue for Princess Cruises.
