Princess Cruises Wins 16 Wine Spectator Awards for 2025

Princess Cruises is celebrating a major achievement as 16 of its ships have earned the prestigious Wine Spectator Award of Excellence in the magazine’s 2025 Restaurant Awards. This honor recognizes restaurants and cruise lines with well-curated wine selections that complement quality cuisine.
Princess Cruises was the only cruise line to receive 16 awards, with 15 main dining rooms and the Sanctuary Collection aboard the Sun Princess being recognized. The cruise line is now a two-time recipient of the award, reflecting its growing commitment to excellence in wine service.
“At Princess, we believe a well-curated wine list isn’t just about variety – it’s about enhancing flavor and creating harmony at the table,” said Sami Kohen, Vice President of Food and Beverage at Princess Cruises. “This recognition from Wine Spectator reinforces our dedication to offering a wine experience that is rich, diverse, and reflective of the destinations we explore.”
Princess Cruises’ wine program features more than 250 labels from renowned wine regions such as France, Italy, Argentina, and New Zealand. The selection also highlights biodynamic, organic, vegan, and sustainable wines, along with a special focus on women winemakers.
Designed for all types of wine enthusiasts, the menus include detailed flavor profiles to help guests navigate the list with ease. In addition, Princess’ Love Lines Premium Liquors Collection offers exclusive wines and spirits crafted by celebrities like Taraji P. Henson, Jason Aldean, Romero Britto, and Kylie Minogue.
This recognition underscores Princess Cruises’ status as a leader in onboard wine and dining excellence.
