Private Jet WOA Partners MJets on Seletar Hangar

Singapore-based business aviation services provider WingsOverAsia (WOA) has broken ground on a new hangar facility at Seletar Aerospace Park, expanding its footprint at Singapore Seletar Airport. The project is being developed in partnership with MJets (Thailand), WOA’s shareholder and a leading private jet charter specialist in Southeast Asia.
The new hangar will support WOA’s long-term strategy to broaden its service offerings beyond ground handling and fixed-base operator (FBO) operations to include aircraft maintenance and management services. The expansion aligns with plans previously outlined by MJets Chief Executive Officer Natthapatr Sibunruang, who has emphasized the importance of building an integrated regional aviation services platform.
Located within Seletar Aerospace Park, a key hub for aerospace and business aviation activities in Singapore, the facility is expected to strengthen WOA’s capabilities in supporting regional business jet owners and operators. By adding maintenance and management services, the company aims to create a more comprehensive service ecosystem for private and corporate aviation clients operating across Asia.
The new hangar will also be integrated into MJets’ broader FBO network, which spans Cambodia, India, Myanmar and Thailand. This regional connectivity is designed to offer seamless ground handling, charter and aircraft support services across multiple markets, enhancing operational efficiency for clients traveling throughout the region.
WOA has established itself as a prominent FBO at Seletar, catering to business jet traffic with premium passenger lounges, ramp services and crew facilities. The addition of hangar space and technical services is expected to reinforce Singapore’s position as a strategic gateway for private aviation in Asia, particularly as demand for charter and aircraft management services continues to grow.
For MJets, the partnership reflects a strategy of expanding infrastructure in key regional hubs while building vertically integrated aviation services. The Seletar development represents another step in strengthening Southeast Asia’s business aviation ecosystem and positioning both companies for long-term growth in the private jet market.
