Proposed 65-story hotel-condo joins Miami trend

A Miami nightclub has launched a joint venture to build a 65-story hotel-condo tower in the city’s Greater Downtown, an area already attracting other such hotel rental and short-term rental hybrids. E11even Miami and Property Markets Group formed E11even Hotel & Residences to raise the proposed 400-unit skyscraper, which would also include a multilevel E11even Day Club and pool.
