Travel booking and management platform Psngr1 has signed an agreement with newly started U.K.-based travel management company TakeTwo to provide the platform to the TMC’s clients through its own technology ecosystem.

The Psngr1 platform “will deliver a personalized and streamlined digital booking platform for our customers that’s quick and reliable and matches our premium services standards,” according to TakeTwo CEO Chris Thelen, the former North America CEO of Corporate Travel Management who cofounded TakeTwo with fellow CTM executive Julie Cope earlier this year. “It also gives us access to the latest [New Distribution Capability] content suitable for both sides of the Atlantic.”

TakeTwo last week announced its expansion into the United States.

Psngr1, which won the People’s Choice award at The BTN Group’s Innovate conference in October, this week also announced new features to its TripBoards tool, which founder and CEO Chris Moss described as a “container of a trip that can be stuffed, collaboratively planned and managed.” The newest features include the abilities to duplicate itineraries and to add customized events such as dinners or business meetings as well as a “TripChat” feature, where users can chat not only with other colleagues on their trip but also to TMC partners, he said.

Moss said Psngr1, which announced the closing of a $13 million funding round earlier this year, is working with feedback from its initial corporate clients to fine-tune the platform further.

“There are some features we want to deliver to expand on our policy engine, to be able to deliver not just good reporting but the best and really leverage the data we have access to,” Moss said. “So, by no means are we a finished product.”

In addition, Psngr1 announced that it has hired Patrick Fragale as its chief business development officer. Fragale most recently was an EVP with Valerie Wilson Travel and previously was president and COO of Directravel and president of Protravel International.
