The 45-story Ritz-Carlton Hotel and Residences are nearly complete and expected to open early next year at 1185 Broadway in Manhattan. Flag Luxury Properties, Ritz-Carlton and Marriott are the developers of the tower, which will have 250 hotel rooms and 16 penthouse residences.
