Ramsay’s new Vegas restaurant “sophisticated yet approachable”

Celebrity Chef Gordon Ramsay is opening yet another restaurant in the Las Vegas Strip — Ramsay’s Kitchen at Harrah’s hotel-casino. Ramsay says the menu will not offer fine dining but will be “sophisticated yet approachable.”
