Redstar Aviation Adds First Challenger 604 to Fleet
Türkiye-based Redstar Aviation (RHH, Istanbul Sabiha Gökcen) has expanded its fleet with the addition of a Challenger 604, marking a significant milestone for the company. The aircraft, registered as TC-ERB (msn 9603), became operational on December 11, 2024, with its maiden flight between Istanbul Atatürk and Gazipasa.
The 19.1-year-old Bombardier business jet was previously registered in the Cayman Islands as VP-CJS. Its last flight under the previous registration occurred on October 31, 2024, between Athens and Istanbul Atatürk.
The Challenger 604 complements Redstar Aviation’s existing fleet, which includes four Challenger 605s, two Learjet 45s, and four Learjet 45XRs. The company specializes in air ambulance services and private jet charters, offering aircraft configured for both medical and corporate missions. In addition to its fixed-wing operations, Redstar Aviation manages several AW139 helicopters used for offshore oil and gas operations.
The new addition underscores Redstar Aviation’s commitment to expanding its capabilities and enhancing its service offerings in Türkiye and beyond. The Challenger 604 brings versatility to the company’s fleet, reinforcing its position in the air ambulance and private charter market.
