Regent Reveals First Look at Seven Seas Prestige
Regent Seven Seas Cruises has unveiled the first renderings and a digital fly-through of its newest ultra-luxury ship, Seven Seas Prestige, offering a glimpse into the design and atmosphere of the 822-guest vessel set to debut in late 2026. As the first new ship class for Regent in a decade, Seven Seas Prestige marks a bold step forward in the brand’s evolution of all-inclusive, luxury cruising.
Jason Montague, chief luxury officer of Regent Seven Seas Cruises, emphasized the significance of the launch, calling the new ship a milestone in the brand’s history. “With Seven Seas Prestige being Regent’s first new ship class in 10 years, we are delighted to share these first glimpses of this incredible vessel,” Montague said. “I truly cannot wait for this magnificent ship to join the world’s most luxurious fleet and the new legacy of all-inclusive, ultra luxury cruising that begins with it.”
Among the spaces revealed are the ship’s centerpiece Starlight Atrium and the elegant Galileo’s Bar, both designed by Studio DADO. Drawing inspiration from classical and Renaissance architecture, these areas reflect a seamless blend of timeless elegance and contemporary sophistication.
The Starlight Atrium spans two decks and features a glass-enclosed ceiling that bathes the space in natural light by day and starlight by night. Two graceful spiral staircases frame the space, which links guests to amenities on decks four and five, including Galileo’s Bar, the Casino, Prestige Lounge, Meridian Lounge, Coffee Connection, and the concierge and reception areas.
Deck five continues the refined aesthetic with intimate alcoves decorated in a muted palette of dusty rose, taupe, and cream. Sculptural furnishings and curated artwork enhance the luxurious feel, while the reception area stands out with pleated leather paneling and a striking light fixture crafted from hand-blown glass and ceramic pearls.
Yohandel Ruiz, founding partner of Studio DADO, described the vision behind the Starlight Atrium as a fusion of grandeur and serenity. “The Starlight Atrium is where the grandeur of Renaissance architecture meets modern luxury, creating a space that feels both timeless and contemporary,” he said. “Our goal was to get people to stop in their tracks, awe-struck by its sheer scale and magnificence.”
Galileo’s Bar has been designed to complement its surroundings and support adjacent venues including the Prestige Lounge and casino. The bar features a dramatic ceiling painted in the style of a modern oil masterpiece, fluted detailing, and a boldly striped floor that adds visual interest and energy.
With its refined interiors, thoughtfully curated design, and commitment to elegance, Seven Seas Prestige is set to redefine the standards of ultra-luxury cruising when it sets sail in 2026.
