Regent Seven Seas Orders Third Prestige Class Ship for 2033

Regent Seven Seas Cruises has confirmed plans to build a third ship in its Prestige Class series, marking the latest expansion of the luxury brand’s fleet. Parent company Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. announced that Fincantieri will construct the new vessel, scheduled for delivery in 2033.
The ship will join Seven Seas Prestige, debuting in 2026, and a second Prestige Class vessel set to launch in 2030. The Prestige Class represents Regent’s first new ship class in a decade and builds on the success of the award-winning Explorer Class.
Although 40 percent larger than previous Regent ships, the Prestige Class design accommodates only 10 percent more guests, reinforcing the brand’s focus on generous space, luxury and personalized service.
“This newbuild order continues our measured, strategic expansion within the luxury space,” said Jason Montague, chief luxury officer at Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. “It reflects our confidence in the growing demand for Regent’s best-in-class offering and reaffirms our long-standing partnership with Fincantieri, one rooted in craftsmanship and a shared pursuit of perfection.”
