Registration is now open for Aircraft Interiors Expo (AIX) and World Travel Catering & Onboard Services Expo (WTCE), returning to Hamburg Messe from 14–16 April 2026. The co-located shows will offer three days of networking, product launches and industry insights, with new feature zones enhancing the visitor experience. A single badge provides access to both events, which together form the largest annual gathering of airlines, cabin interior suppliers and onboard service providers, with more than 200 airlines and over 800 exhibitors expected.

The week begins on 13 April with the Passenger Experience Conference (PEC), where airline executives and industry leaders will discuss digital transformation, passenger wellness and sustainable travel. Confirmed speakers include experts from Lufthansa Group, United Airlines, Teague, Panasonic Avionics, Tangerine, Fiji Airways, Aer Lingus, Ethiopian Airlines Group and Saudi Airlines, with more to be announced. The full-day conference gives attendees strategic insights and future-focused perspectives ahead of the exhibitions opening.

AIX 2026 marks the 25th edition of the expo, celebrating a quarter-century of cabin innovation. The event will showcase thousands of products across the passenger experience spectrum, from IFEC and sustainability to accessibility. A key highlight for 2026 is the new BizJet Interiors Zone, dedicated to VVIP and business jet craftsmanship. Event director Archana Dharni noted that with the aircraft interiors market projected to nearly double to USD 58.23 billion by 2032, AIX continues to spotlight the sector’s rapid evolution.

WTCE 2026 will feature an expanded floorplan, including Hall A2 dedicated exclusively to Gategroup and its onboard brands. New features will support innovation in catering, retail and passenger comfort, including themed trails highlighting leaders in environmental solutions, wellbeing and digitalisation. The new Drinks Zone in Hall A4 will spotlight emerging and established beverage brands, while the First-Time Exhibitor Village will provide a launchpad for new onboard suppliers. Event manager Shona Thomson emphasized the show’s role in shaping the future of onboard hospitality and ancillary revenue.

AIX 2026 will take place in Halls B1–B7, while WTCE 2026 will occupy Halls A1, A2 and A4 at Hamburg Messe. Registration costs €50, and one Expo pass grants entry to both shows, with tailored content based on the attendee’s lead event.
