Relais & Châteaux Welcomes 8 Luxury Hotels Worldwide in 2025

Relais & Châteaux, the prestigious global association of luxury independent hotels and gourmet restaurants, has announced the addition of eight new member properties in sought-after destinations across Europe, South America, Asia, and the South Pacific.

The collection includes:

Relais & Châteaux Borgo Pignano Florence, set to open next year north of Florence, Italy, featuring 32 rooms, a villa, a swimming pool, and two dining venues.

Relais & Châteaux Susana Balbo Winemaker’s House & Spa Suites in Mendoza, Argentina, offers seven suites, a curated art collection, spa, fine dining, and immersive winemaking experiences.

Relais & Châteaux Grand Hotel Villa Serbelloni in Bellagio, Italy, boasts 116 rooms, the largest spa on Lake Como, a beach club, and generations of family heritage.

Relais & Châteaux Le Tikehau in French Polynesia, set on a private island, offers 30 rooms including overwater bungalows, a pink sand beach, and authentic Polynesian cuisine.

Relais & Châteaux Prestonfield House in Edinburgh, Scotland, is an intimate 23-room manor on 20 acres, complete with 17th-century charm, Highland cows, and a renowned restaurant.

Relais & Châteaux L’Auberge de L’Ill — Hôtel des Berges & Spa in Alsace, France, combines an 18-room boutique hotel with a Michelin two-star restaurant, scenic countryside, and wellness amenities.

Relais & Châteaux Awasi Santa Catarina in Brazil offers 25 villas on the Emerald Coast with private trails, a spa, beach access, and fine dining.

Relais & Châteaux Gōra Kadan Fuji in Subashiri, Japan, opens July 20 with 39 suites and stunning views of Mount Fuji, forest surroundings, and a traditional onsen.
