Revenue Analytics, a leading provider of AI-powered revenue management systems, has acquired Portugal-based Climber in a strategic move to expand its global footprint and enhance its technology portfolio. The acquisition, announced by Revenue Analytics CEO Bill Brewster, is positioned as a key step toward accelerated growth in the Americas and Europe.

Founded in 2015, Climber has built a strong reputation serving boutique, regional, and independent hotel chains, particularly in Brazil and Latin America. The company has reported 30% year-over-year growth, driven by increasing demand for automated pricing solutions in the hospitality sector. Its RMS platform, like that of Revenue Analytics, connects directly to hotel reservation systems and uses real-time market demand signals to automate pricing decisions.

In addition to its core pricing technology, Climber offers Climber Market Strategy, a market intelligence tool that aggregates market share data across 40 cities in Portugal and Brazil. This tool enhances visibility for hoteliers, providing them with comparative performance insights that are essential for competitive pricing and strategic decision-making.

As part of the acquisition, Climber’s entire team will join Revenue Analytics, with plans already underway to establish a new office in Portugal. Brewster emphasized the value of Climber’s local market expertise and its complementary technology. “Climber not only extends our reach in Europe and Latin America but also brings us a talented team and a product that complements our mission to deliver pricing precision at scale,” he said.

Mário Mouraz, Climber’s founder, expressed enthusiasm about the integration, noting the alignment in both companies’ missions to democratize revenue management. “We both believe in putting powerful, intelligent pricing tools in the hands of hoteliers. With the scale of Revenue Analytics, we can now deliver an even greater impact and build faster on our vision,” Mouraz said.

This acquisition reflects the growing importance of intelligent automation in hotel revenue management, as global travel rebounds and hoteliers look for scalable, data-driven solutions to optimize pricing and maximize revenue. With Climber on board, Revenue Analytics is expected to expand its presence and customer base in two high-growth regions while offering a more comprehensive suite of tools to the hospitality industry.
