RevPAR recovery accelerating, analysis finds

CBRE Hotels Research has brightened its outlook for hotel revenue per room, forecasting a return to 2019 nominal levels by the third quarter of this year instead of 2023’s third quarter. Factors include thriving domestic leisure travel, rebounding international visitation, an unexpectedly strong performance in last year’s fourth quarter and below-average supply growth.
