Rosewood exec: Pandemic puts focus on health, well-being

Rosewood Hotel Group CEO Sonia Cheng said some guests’ behavior changed permanently due to the pandemic, as many care more about their health now and are focused on a more personalized experience. A survey by Ipsos last year found that 62% of the 1,158 Americans who participated in the survey care more about their health since the pandemic.
