Royal Jordanian Expands UK Network with Direct Flights to London Stansted and Manchester

Royal Jordanian Airlines is set to broaden its international reach by launching direct flights to two key destinations in the United Kingdom: London Stansted and Manchester. Beginning March 3, 2024, Royal Jordanian will operate three weekly flights to London Stansted, followed by the initiation of two weekly flights to Manchester starting March 6.

Samer Majali, Vice Chairman and CEO of Royal Jordanian, emphasized the strategic importance of these new routes. He stated, “The introduction of direct flights to London Stansted and Manchester represents a significant enhancement to our network, aligning with our goal to provide our passengers with diverse travel options. These new services are designed to cater to the needs of businessmen, the Jordanian and Arab communities residing in the UK, and to boost tourism from European countries to Jordan.”

Majali also highlighted the broader implications of these routes, noting their role in fostering bilateral relations between Jordan and the UK. “The decision to establish flights to these destinations reflects our commitment to developing strong bilateral ties between our nations and enhancing cultural and economic exchanges,” he said.

The addition of London Stansted and Manchester to Royal Jordanian’s route portfolio underscores the airline’s commitment to expanding its global footprint and providing passengers with convenient travel options to and from the UK.
