Blue Diamond Resorts has announced that the new Royalton Splash Riviera Cancun in Mexico will open on Dec. 20. The resort will house a water park with a laser tag arena, two theaters, two lazy rivers, nine bars, 12 restaurants and 14 water slides, as well as 1,049 suites.
