Blue Diamond is planning to open its new Royalton Splash Riviera Cancun in Mexico on Dec. 20. The 1,049-suite resort will include a water park with two lazy rivers and 14 water slides, as well as other amenities such as a laser tag center, two theaters, nine bars and 12 restaurants.
