RVR Aviation Expands Charter Fleet with Citation S/II Addition

RVR Aviation, based in Arlington, WA, has enhanced its Part 135-certified fleet with the addition of a company-owned Citation S/II jet. The move, confirmed through recent research by ch-aviation, marks another milestone in the company’s commitment to providing premium charter services.
The newly added Citation S/II, registered as N618LK (msn S550-0108), is a 38.1-year-old aircraft that has been under RVR Aviation’s ownership since 2023. However, it was only in November 2024 that the jet was officially certified for Part 135 charter operations. This certification allows the aircraft to join RVR Aviation’s roster of charter offerings, further expanding the options available to its clientele.
The Citation S/II joins an already diverse and capable fleet operated by RVR Aviation. Alongside this new addition, the company operates a Citation Encore+ and a Falcon 900EX. Additionally, RVR Aviation maintains a partnership with Icarus Jet, through which it manages four Embraer E135s for group charter services. This collaboration allows the company to cater to a wide range of client needs, from individual travel to larger group transportation.
Earlier this year, RVR Aviation streamlined its fleet by retiring two aircraft types: the Astra SPX and the Falcon 900B. These retirements, which took place in June, were part of the company’s strategic efforts to optimize its operations and focus on newer, more efficient aircraft models. By doing so, RVR Aviation has been able to enhance its service reliability and maintain a competitive edge in the charter aviation market.
The introduction of the Citation S/II reflects RVR Aviation’s ongoing strategy to modernize its fleet and meet the evolving demands of the private aviation industry. The jet’s capabilities make it well-suited for short to medium-haul charter missions, providing passengers with comfort, reliability, and efficiency. This addition aligns with the company’s goal to offer versatile and cost-effective solutions for a variety of travel requirements.
RVR Aviation’s fleet expansion comes at a time when the private jet charter market continues to experience significant growth. As more travelers seek flexible and personalized air travel options, operators like RVR Aviation are stepping up to meet this demand by investing in fleet enhancements and strategic partnerships. The addition of the Citation S/II positions the company to better compete in this dynamic market while providing exceptional service to its clients.
The partnership with Icarus Jet for managing the E135s further demonstrates RVR Aviation’s ability to collaborate with industry leaders to deliver top-tier charter services. This approach allows the company to leverage shared resources and expertise, ensuring a seamless and premium experience for its passengers.
As RVR Aviation continues to expand and refine its operations, the company remains committed to offering safe, reliable, and high-quality charter services. The addition of the Citation S/II is a testament to this commitment and sets the stage for continued growth in the years to come.
