RwandAir has announced that it will launch direct flights between London Heathrow and its hub in Kigali from November 6, 2022.

The new service will replace its current schedule to the UK capital, which has been operated via Brussels for the last five years, the Rwandan flag carrier said in a statement published on its website.

“We are excited to be launching direct flights to London, which are on sale from today, due to the popularity of our current services,” said Yvonne Makolo CEO of RwandAir.

“The UK is an incredibly important market for us, and we know our customers will value the shorter flight times and increased connections that will be offered by the new service,” Makolo added.
