Atairos and NBCUniversal have bought a minority interest in OEG Attractions Holdings, a subsidiary of Ryman Hospitality Properties. The deal assigns a $1.4 billion valuation to OEG, which has a portfolio that includes the Grand Ole Opry and Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, Tenn.
