Solutions for Business Travel (S4BT) has acquired Travel Centric Technology, the parent company of London-based HotelHub, for an undisclosed sum, strengthening its corporate hotel distribution and technology capabilities.

S4BT, which provides technology and operational solutions to the business travel sector, said the deal enhances its platform functionality, expands its reach across major travel markets and establishes a stronger presence in the United Kingdom. With the addition of HotelHub, the group aims to deliver a fully integrated corporate hotel offering to travel management companies (TMCs).

HotelHub specializes in corporate hotel distribution technology, connecting TMCs to a wide range of hotel content while supporting policy compliance, negotiated rates and streamlined booking workflows. By incorporating HotelHub’s infrastructure into its ecosystem, S4BT plans to integrate hotel content with its booking platforms, payments systems and invoicing tools, creating a more unified end-to-end solution for corporate travel buyers.

The acquisition brings S4BT’s portfolio to eight corporate travel brands, including CDS, Goelett, CRC, TMS, SIAP, Methodica and Trevium. The expanded group is positioning itself as a comprehensive provider of technology-driven services for TMCs and corporate clients worldwide.

“Our ambition is clear: to build the most integrated and technologically advanced business travel platform,” said Ziad Minkara, founder and group CEO of S4BT. “The acquisition of HotelHub is a decisive step in that direction. It strengthens our position, establishes a solid presence in the U.K. and moves S4BT into a new league. This is not an endpoint but a foundation for continued investment and integration.”

HotelHub CEO Jay Virdee said the transaction will enable the company to scale more rapidly. “Joining S4BT allows HotelHub to accelerate its mission at a new scale. By combining our distribution technology with S4BT’s operational expertise and financial capabilities, we can deliver greater value to TMCs and their corporate clients globally,” he said.

As corporate travel continues to prioritize integrated platforms, automation and cost control, the deal signals ongoing consolidation in the sector, with technology providers seeking broader capabilities and geographic expansion to meet evolving TMC demands.
