Sabah, Malaysia, could get theme park, resort

The state government is considering a proposal to construct a five-star resort and a theme park in an area protected by the Sabah Parks in Sabah, Malaysia. The state’s tourism ministry delegation is also looking at building its first standalone theme park that could compete with Legoland Malaysia or Desaru Coast.
