Salt Lake City airport open but major work remains

The new Salt Lake City International Airport opened up last September to a muted reception due to the pandemic, but major construction continues on the $4.1 billion project as air traffic rebounds. Crews are ahead of schedule on Concourse A work, which includes installation of stone columns, pilings and plumbing.
