Saturn Aviation (STV), based at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, has completed its transition to an all-Dassault Aviation Falcon fleet by retiring its last Challenger 604 aircraft. This strategic move was marked by the addition of its first Falcon 2000(LX), which enhances the company’s operational capabilities with advanced Falcon jets.

Research by ch-aviation revealed that the Challenger 604, registered as N945FS (msn 5370), was transferred to the Part 135 certificate of Jet Linx Aviation, a prominent aircraft management company, by July 1, 2024. The aircraft began operating for Jet Linx on July 3, starting with a flight from Austin-Bergstrom International to Houston David Wayne Hooks Airport.

With the retirement of the Bombardier Challenger 604, Saturn Aviation now operates an all-Falcon fleet. This includes the Falcon 900B, Falcon 900(LX), Falcon 900EX, Falcon 900EX EASy, and the recently added Falcon 2000(LX), registered as N953GJ (msn 121). This transition underscores Saturn Aviation’s commitment to offering superior business aviation services, leveraging the advanced capabilities and luxury of Dassault Falcon aircraft. In the past, the company also operated various Citations and a Phenom 300.

Jet Linx Aviation, known for its extensive charter operations, now manages the former Saturn Aviation Challenger 604 as part of its fleet. The company currently operates 106 aircraft across more than 30 types under its Part 135 certificate, including thirteen other Challenger 604s.

The transition to an all-Falcon fleet highlights Saturn Aviation’s focus on optimizing performance and passenger experience, aligning with industry trends that favor the versatility and efficiency of Falcon jets.
