Seabourn Adjusts Fall 2025 Itineraries Due to Red Sea Security Concerns
Seabourn has revised its fall 2025 itineraries for the Seabourn Encore, avoiding the Red Sea due to ongoing Houthi rebel attacks. This marks the second time the luxury cruise line has altered its sailings to bypass the region.
Between October 2025 and January 2026, Seabourn Encore will visit 33 destinations across 17 countries. Travelers can select from seven itineraries ranging from eight to 17 days, offering voyages through the Mediterranean, the Adriatic, the Panama Canal, Hawaii, and Japan. In total, the ship will cover over 18,500 nautical miles, touching five continents and crossing two oceans.
The updated schedule includes five maiden calls: Alghero and Motril in Spain, Hamilton in Bermuda, Kralendijk in Bonaire, and Willemstad in Curacao. Seabourn will also make its first-ever stops in Ceuta (Spanish Morocco), Tokyo, and Osaka, Japan.
“Seabourn Encore’s revised itineraries for fall 2025 offer travelers the chance to explore exciting destinations across the Mediterranean, Caribbean, and Pacific,” said Natalya Leahy, Seabourn’s president. “From the Adriatic to the Panama Canal and Japan, guests will experience new cultures and adventures aboard our intimate, yacht-like ship.”
Notable revised itineraries include:
- 9-Day Treasures of the Adriatic, departing November 2, 2025
- 12-Day Atlantic Crossing, departing November 20, 2025
- 17-Day Costa Rica, Mexico & Hawaiian Nights, departing December 12, 2025
Bookings are now available for these revised voyages, allowing guests to enjoy luxurious, enriching experiences while avoiding areas of security concern in the Red Sea.
