Silver Air Phases Out Phenom 300, Hawker 400XP from Fleet

Silver Air, based in Santa Barbara, CA, has removed its only Phenom 300 and Hawker 400XP from its Part 135-certified fleet, ending its Embraer Executive Jets operations.
The 14.3-year-old Phenom 300, registered as N814SP, was retired on December 9, 2024, after a flight from Dallas Love Field to Van Nuys. The aircraft, which could carry up to six passengers, was later repositioned to Mesa and then parked in Monterrey del Norte on January 8, 2025. Silver Air had operated the jet since 2021, following the earlier use of a Phenom 100 from 2011 to 2018.
The 19.7-year-old Hawker 400XP, N448SC, was phased out a month earlier, with its final Silver Air flight between Fargo International and Scottsdale on November 19, 2024. It was later transferred to Aircraft Management Group, operating under the ‘RVJ’ code alongside four other Hawker 400XPs.
With these retirements, Silver Air’s Part 135 fleet now consists of various jets, including Challenger 350s, Challenger 850s, multiple Global Express models, and several Cessna Citation variants. The company remains focused on providing premium charter services for business and leisure travelers across the United States.
