Sofitel Philadelphia Hotel buyers land $56.3M loan

A joint venture by Oaktree Capital Management and Clearview Hotel Capital has secured a $56.3 million loan from real estate company JLL to purchase Sofitel Philadelphia Hotel. The 306-room luxury property is in the city’s Rittenhouse Square area.
