Some hotels could see faster recovery

Hotels experienced a sharp and sudden downturn last year amid the pandemic, but there is reason to be optimistic about a rebound, experts say. Kevin Mallory of CBRE Hotels notes that a full recovery might not come until 2025, but certain properties — including resorts in drive-to destinations in the Sunbelt — could recover more quickly.
