Southwest adds routes, boosts service to Texas capital

Southwest Airlines is adding nine new nonstop domestic routes from Austin-Bergstrom International Airport in the spring and will increase service at the Texas capital by more than 20 flights per day. “This is the largest single growth in Austin that we’ve ever had in that 44-year history,” said David Harvey, vice president of Southwest business.
