Southwest eliminates expiration dates for flight credits

Southwest Airlines has announced that new and currently valid flight credits will never expire, eliminating the requirement that passengers use them within a set time period. “I’m really proud of this new benefit for our customers,” CEO Bob Jordan told CNBC in an interview. “Customers really want flexibility.”
