Southwest supports Red Cross disaster relief

Southwest Airlines has partnered with the American Red Cross for a decade, providing financial support, encouraging employee volunteers and sometimes offering direct aid, such as tarmac space for staging disaster relief operations. The airline is also offering bonus Rapid Rewards points to frequent flyers who donate a minimum of $25 to the Red Cross through Oct. 4.
