SpaceX could make in-flight Wi-Fi better

SpaceX reports that it’s talking with airlines about using the Starlink satellite constellation to provide Wi-Fi access to passengers on commercial airlines. Inter-satellite laser links could improve the speed and reliability of existing connections, especially when planes cross oceans and other areas where they’re far from ground stations.
