Spain’s HolaCamp Raises €10M to Expand Tech Camping Network

Spain-based HolaCamp has secured €10 million in funding from Amavi Capital to support its expansion in the tech-enabled premium camping sector. Founded in 2023, HolaCamp operates 11 campsites across Spain and Portugal, offering stays in tiny homes, tents, and bungalows.

The company’s mobile app enables a seamless guest experience, allowing users to book stays, make payments, access resort activities, submit maintenance requests, report incidents, and rate services—all from their smartphones.

HolaCamp CEO Alfonso Leprevost Crucelegui shared on LinkedIn that the funding will fuel innovation, growth, and the continued development of the brand’s proprietary camping technology. The company aims to redefine outdoor hospitality by combining nature-based travel with digital convenience.

Investor Amavi Capital praised HolaCamp’s scalable business model, predicting it will reach €30 million in revenue by 2025. The firm highlighted HolaCamp’s role in consolidating a fragmented outdoor lodging market through technology and user-focused investments. Its centralized system includes dynamic pricing tools, advanced booking engines, and integrated data management.

Amavi Capital emphasized that HolaCamp’s ability to improve the guest experience through smart tech positions it well for continued growth in a competitive market.

“This is just the beginning,” said Leprevost Crucelegui, hinting at future expansion and product innovation.

As travelers increasingly seek unique outdoor experiences with the convenience of digital tools, HolaCamp is positioned to meet this demand by modernizing the camping experience and scaling its operations across Southern Europe. The company plans to further invest in technology to enhance guest satisfaction and streamline campsite management.
