Suit over Nevada hotel taxes may proceed, judge rules

A judge has given the green light to a lawsuit accusing top online travel companies of bilking the state of Nevada of hundreds of millions of dollars in hotel room taxes. Clark County District Judge Mark Denton denied a motion by the defendants to dismiss the case but granted them 21 days to decide whether to appeal to the Nevada Supreme Court.
