Sunseeker Resort Joins Hilton’s Curio Collection

Sunseeker Resort has rebranded as the Sunseeker Resort Florida Gulf Coast, Curio Collection by Hilton, signaling a new chapter under Blackstone Real Estate leadership and Pyramid Global Hospitality management. The move is designed to position the property as Southwest Florida’s premier waterfront vacation and convention destination while adding the benefits of the Hilton Honors rewards program for guests.
Located on scenic Charlotte Harbor, Sunseeker Resort is the largest hotel of its kind in the region, blending coastal Florida charm with upscale amenities for leisure and business travelers. The property features 785 waterfront guest rooms and 189 Sunsuites ranging from 875 to 1,700 square feet, each with chef-level kitchens, spacious living areas and private balconies.
Highlights include Level Blue, an adults-only rooftop retreat with a 19,400-square-foot infinity pool—one of the largest in Florida—luxury cabanas, fire pits and a full-service bar and grill. Guests can choose from more than a dozen dining venues, including a food hall, a high-end steakhouse, a sports restaurant and casual seafood options.
Additional amenities include the exclusive Aileron Golf Club, an 18-hole championship course surrounded by native wildlife; Lorelei Spa, ranked the #2 spa of 2024 by Spas of America; and a 7,100-square-foot TechnoGym-equipped fitness center. The resort also offers over 60,000 square feet of flexible indoor and outdoor event space, including two waterfront ballrooms and multiple meeting rooms.
“With Hilton’s Curio Collection, we’re investing in elevating the guest experience and strengthening ties with the community,” said Scott Trebilco, senior managing director at Blackstone Real Estate.
