Sunstone Hotel Investors has formed a definitive agreement to acquire a Miami Beach hotel from an affiliate of Hyatt Hotels. It will pay $232 million for the 339-room asset, and after the deal closes, the REIT is planning a $60 million investment to reposition the property.
