SWISS has revealed its new First and Business Class seats for the Airbus A350-900, showcasing the next phase of its “SWISS Senses” cabin redesign at Zurich Airport on July 29, 2025. The upgraded interiors mark a major step in the airline’s commitment to enhancing the long-haul passenger experience across all four cabin classes.

The first A350-900, featuring the new cabin design, will be delivered in October 2025 and is scheduled to enter commercial service by January 2026. The “SWISS Senses” concept, initially introduced in March 2023, will later be retrofitted across the airline’s existing long-haul fleet, which includes the Airbus A330-300 and Boeing 777-300ER.

Designed with an emphasis on privacy, comfort, and elegance, the new First Class cabins feature enclosed suites with sliding doors. Central suites can be converted into a double configuration for passengers traveling together. The cabin incorporates a warm palette with wood accents and dark earthy grays to create a refined and calming atmosphere.

Business Class has also been completely redesigned, offering sliding doors, direct aisle access, and added luxury features like seat heating and cooling, wireless charging, and upgraded in-flight entertainment. The layout ensures enhanced privacy and a personalized travel experience.

The Premium Economy and Economy Class cabins are also part of the overhaul, receiving updated designs and amenities in line with the SWISS Senses experience.

This cabin launch signals SWISS’s commitment to maintaining its competitive edge in premium travel, while delivering a cohesive and modern passenger experience across its fleet.
