Tampa to gain another Avelo route to Wilmington, NC

Avelo plans to launch twice-weekly service between TPA and Wilmington, NC. Building on its existing service at Tampa International Airport to Raleigh-Durham, New Haven, CT and Wilmington, DE, the airline has announced plans to inaugurate nonstop service from TPA to Wilmington, North Carolina starting June 23.

The route is currently unserved by any carrier, and will mark the 93rd nonstop destination — some seasonal — currently available at TPA.
