Taste the Diaspora celebrates Detroit’s Black chefs

Chef Ederique Goudia founded Taste the Diaspora Detroit to create a platform for the city’s Black chefs and farmers, who collaborate on boxed lunches that customers can pre-order. The project expanded to include free lunches for residents in need, and Goudia is working on event programming to keep the project going.
