Hilton’s new lifestyle brand, Tempo By Hilton, will make its debut with the opening of the 661-room Tempo by Hilton Times Square New York City.

The property is set in the heart of Manhattan’s Times Square in the soon-to-be-opened mixed-use TSX Broadway building, which also houses the Palace Theater, a protected landmark.

It will occupy 36 of the building’s 46 floors.

Tempo by Hilton Times Square will serve “as a homebase for guests looking for a relaxing remote work environment, chic space to prepare for a busy day out, and to keep up with wellbeing while on the road – all while having a little fun in-between,” Hilton said.

Accommodations will be equipped with Tempo’s signature Get Ready Zone, a versatile space for working, getting ready work or winding down, and large bathrooms with Apotheke amenities and Bluetooth mirrors.

Guest rooms and suites will feature floor-to-ceiling windows, which will proffer up panoramic views of Times Square. Accommodations will be appointed in “sleek, natural tones of light wood and blue coupled with touches of brass and leather,” Hilton said. “Lighting automatically turns on upon entry and dims at sunset, also offering the option to brighten the space if working or getting ready for the day.”

Thirty-one guest rooms – Ball Drop rooms – will offer up-close-and-personal views of the Times Square Ball, with the Presidential Suite featuring the most enviable views.

The property will also house six Wellness Rooms a Peloton bike, yoga mat and Therabody products.

On the culinary front, the hotel will serve as a “day-to-night dining destination with F&B offerings that pay homage to the city’s culinary heritage,” Hilton said. Highball, its signature restaurant, will serve breakfast and lunch and transform in the evenings into a cocktail lounge with Times Square views from the large dining terrace.
