The best rooftop bars in Barcelona

It might not be New York City or even London, but the Barcelona skyline is also one to marvel at. Tibidabo Mountain, the Hotel W, the architecture of Barceloneta, Port Olímpic, and of course the glorious La Sagrada Família, all make up one of the best views in the whole of Europe, and the world. There are many ways to take in this breathtaking scene, and the city has its fair few fantastic viewpoints. But arguably one of the best ways to see the Barcelona skyline, is by rooftop bar. And of those, there are plenty.

Barcelona EDITION Hotel

Our favourite and best rooftop terrace in the city, you only have to look at its designer Ian Schrager (founder of Studio 54), to know that it’s going to be superb. The rooftop offers a spectacular view of the city taking in the city’s iconic Torre Agbar. The hotel was newly opened in 2018 and is professionally run by the Marriott, meaning that you can expect nothing less than superior service, craft cocktails, and great views.

Situated on the most expensive street in Spain and the second most expensive in Europe, Passieg de Gracia, The Majestic Hotel offers sensational views of the Boulevard after sunset.
