The Book opens at Cherokee casinos in N.C.

The Book sports betting venue opened today at Harrah’s Cherokee Valley River Casino & Hotel in Murphy, N.C., and Harrah’s Cherokee Casino Resort in Cherokee, N.C., in partnership with William Hill and Caesars Entertainment. The sportsbook, which allows wagers on professional and college events, is the first to open in the state since sports betting was legalized there in 2019.
