A new multi-faceted advertising campaign by Loews Hotels aims to convey a homelike feeling to prospective guests and encourage personnel to cultivate the atmosphere. “For team members, it’s about being encouraged to be unscripted, to treat everyone who walks through the door as an individual with unique needs,” Loews executive Sarah Murov says of the “Welcoming You Like Family” venture.
