Resorts World Las Vegas, touted as perhaps the costliest hotel-casino project in history, joins properties from Australia to Vietnam on a roster of most-watched hotel debuts of 2021. Other highlights include a 74th-floor observation deck at the Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers and London’s first Nomad hotel.
